Not all age divisions and classifications use the same postseason format therefore, not all age divisions and classifications have the same requirements to qualify for postseason. Locate your team's age division and classification below to review all postseason qualification requirements for your team. |

ROOKIE BALL (4U) |

State Championships –› World Series Exhibition
State Championships: The first level of postseason play for the Rookie division is the State Championship. The 4U State Championship is an OPEN event meaning any 4U team that registers with USSSA and completes their Official Online Roster is eligible to participate.
World Series Exhibition: To advance to the World Series Exhibition, teams must earn a World Series Exhibition berth by finishing high enough in final standings of the State Championship (usually 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th places). Qualifying teams will participate in the Open Ceremonies and play games during the week of the Junior World Series.

JUNIOR (5U, 6U, 7U, 8U) |

Sub State Tournaments –› State Championships –› World Series
Sub State Tournaments: The first level of postseason play are the Sub State Tournaments. To be eligible to participate in Sub State Tournaments, teams must play in a minimum of one (1) Georgia USSSA Baseball Sanctioned Qualifying Tournament (i.e.; Qualifier, Director's Cup Qualifier, NIT, Super NIT) between January 1st and May 31st of the current season.
State Championships: To advance to the State Championship, teams must earn a State Championship berth by finishing high enough in final standings of a Sub State Tournament (usually 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th places).
World Series: To advance to the World Series, teams must earn a World Series berth by finishing high enough in final standings of a Qualifying Tournament (i.e.; Qualifier, Director's Cup Qualifier, NIT, Super NIT, Sub State Tournament). The actual placing in the final standings will vary based on the number of teams entered (usually the top 25%).

Sub State Tournaments –› State Championships –› World Series
Sub State Tournaments: The first level of postseason play are the Sub State Tournaments. Sub State Tournament berths are awarded to USSSA Sanctioned Leagues based on the quantity of regular season registered teams (usually a 4 - 1 ratio, i.e.; one All-Star team for every four teams registered in that specific age division).
State Championships: To advance to the State Championship, teams must earn a State Championship berth by finishing high enough in final standings of a Sub State Tournament (usually 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th places).
World Series: To advance to the World Series, teams must earn a World Series berth by finishing high enough in final standings of the State Championship (usually the top 25%).

Elite 32 World Series: To advance to the Elite 32 World Series at Disney's Wide World of Sports in Orlando, teams must earn an Elite 32 World Series berth by finishing high enough in final standings of a Super NIT (usually 1st place).
Global World Series: To advance to the Global World Series, teams must earn a Global World Series berth by finishing high enough in final standings of a Global World Series Qualifier (usually 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th places).

State Championships –› World Series
State Championships: The first level of postseason play are the State Championship is an OPEN event meaning any AA, AAA or Major team ages 15U, 16U 18U as well as any Scholastic JV or Varsity team that registers with USSSA and completes their Official Online Roster is eligible to participate.
World Series: To advance to the World Series, teams must participate in the State Championship (not win, participate).
